A peek at our “Fresh” new view.

Writing has been some what of a dream lately. I have not posted for a while due to the big move we made in June. Saying goodbye to ten years of memories in one house was not easy. Moving has consumed most of my waking hours. Sold, trashed, packed and unpacked for family of five. We are fitting nicely into a slightly smaller, remodeled older home. Not to mention, three children are at home for Summer Break. One month til school begins…I chant that in my head!

Our lovely new place has come with some issues: flooding in the garage and yard; a large oak tree falling way too close to the house and one car being vandalized. It’s been a bit overwhelming and emotional yet exciting at the same time. After all, we really do love the house.

I take a deep breath because very soon we will experience three new schools (middle, elementary and preschool). Not to mention, the consumption of our Fall schedule with youth football and cheer.

A life without challenges is not a life lived to its fullest. I feel blessed to have another “Fresh” start. Until next time…
