In my opinion, one of the strongest ways to showcase your personality or company knowledge is blogging. People are constantly looking for advice and if you can provide them with the information they desire on a certain subject, you will become someone they will look to in the future for advice. This is the best way to create followers by consistently providing them information that they can use in their daily lives. Maybe you just want to provide fun, humorous, or personal advice, many people love to escape from reality by reading blogs that are not so serious.

If you are not a writer, find someone to write for you or ask other experts in your field to write for your blog. Just sharing others knowledge in your industry can be helpful to readers.

After going back to school two years ago for my Master’s Degree in Internet Marketing, I realized that my industry had changed 100% since college 24 years ago.
